 Minister DJ Dangerfield has served as a leader in the community, mentor to his congregation, and nationwide motivational speaker.

  He started his career in the business world of technology and was led to the ministry early in life, where he has flourished as the pastor of the First Baptist Church in Chanute, Kansas.  

He has also worked locally with the FireEscape Coffeehouse ministry and now has a daily broadcast called the “Impact Radio Broadcast” which airs each afternoon, streaming across the world.

  While ministry is his calling, a passion for leadership in both the business world and the church is what led to working with 

YOU LEAD YOU.

Robynn Coates is a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, and coach.  She is focused on motivational training and inspiring others to self-development. 

 Robynn has always loved working with people and helping them become the person they were designed to be. She was able to fulfill this passion when she became a high school science teacher.  After six years of teaching she realized that although she loved teaching kids, she was being directed to teach people in general, how to pursue their dreams and live their sacred mission.  

She has authored several books including:

 “Hidden Jewels: Finding the Gems in Your Trials”

 “The 30-Day Character Challenge” 

“The Ambassador Assignment: Becoming The Divinely Appointed Agent God Has Called You To Be”

  co-authored “Peace With Food”  

She also serves as a leadership speaker

 and mentor in southeast Kansas for schools and organizations.
